Ejemplo de carta para compañías en EE. UU. que promueven negocios en Cuba.

Simplemente copien esta carta y envíenla a las compañías que de una forma u otra promuevan negocios, hoteles, etc., pertenecientes a la dictadura cubana. Solo tienen que adicionar su nombre y el de la compañía a la que le están enviando la carta.

I am writing to raise a serious concern about your company. Your company is helping promote businesses in Cuba that are owned by an oppressive tyranny. Also, all of these businesses appear on the U.S. Government’s lists of prohibited and restricted entities.

As a freedom-loving American, I am very disappointed that such a beautiful and respected American company as TripAdvisor would take part in promoting (directly or indirectly) all these businesses that only benefit the Cuban tyranny and its rulers, while Cubans are dying from collapsing buildings, malnutrition, and disease, not to mention being jailed and killed for expressing their ideas.

I am therefore writing to ask you to correct this problem, and I hope you will act on it quickly. I have full confidence your company will take the necessary steps to stop the promotion of such businesses on your website; otherwise, I will be forced to take this matter to the media.
